This is a terrible application
I moved my account from E*TRADE to TD Ameritrade about two months ago. I did so because I believed that TD Ameritrade was a larger company and would provide me better resources to do research. What I found is that the website and the mobile app or four more difficult to use than E*TRADE. Regarding the mobile application, I find it perplexing that I cant view detailed information about my holdings.
I dont understand how a company that is larger than a trade, has a better financial position and has more resources could be so lacking in customer experience.
I wanted to experience TD Ameritrade in my IRA account before moving over my brokerage account. Im now considering moving either back to E*TRADE or to another broker.
