In general the app works OK and is well structured. However, 18 months after the iPhone 6 introduction it still doesnt support the native screen resolution. And 30 months after the iPhone 5s and Touch ID introduction still no Touch ID support. That is seriously weak. Also the loading times are often quite long - multiple seconds until the portfolio is shown...

Need to implement 3d touch to the app. And thinkorswim.

I have multiple accounts for each of my childrens Coverdell ESAs, 529b, and my personal brokerage account, but I cant configure multiple accounts and switch between them. :-(

This is my first review ever. Ive been using this app for years, ever since the first iPad came out. Everything about this app is pretty great except they changed the charts and made it worse. All the changes theyve made to the charts have been downgrades. The interval and time periods you select will only let you view that time period, you cant scroll to the left anymore to see the historical chart. Even on the current day, you can barely see the candlestick and where it is.. Please fix the charts.

Called and sent multiple requests in regarding problems with the candlestick charts. Gets worse with each update. Can see about half of the candle on the right. The rest of it is under the price. Simple to fix, but they refuse to do it.

The app is terrific, but the server is so slow that using it is painful!

Since the last update, when opening the app I get a message "unable to process your request. Try again" twice. After trying twice, the app opens and works perfectly

Extremely slow, error messages all the time. Todays candle barely seen as it is very close to the side. No more horizontal chart support. Not optimized for iPhone 6 bigger screen. Please fix, you have what it takes to make it perfect.

I like the ease for setting up my account. But placing orders is not very intuitive and the reporting in this app is bloated and not intuitive. Needs to be more customizable and intuitive. Positions should be a primary screen you can open the app up to. I only care about what I bought my stocks at, and where they are performing at today......

Everytime I go to place a trade, the Stock Ticker cell gets cleared as soon as I put in the price and quantity of the shares. Then if I go back to fill the stock ticker symbol in, the price and quantity get cleared!

Went from a good trading app to cant complete any order!! This is why I dont update

Since recent update : cant see todays candlestick until tomorrow. App crashes when you try to view ticker charts or news

They removed how much up or down you are in dollars per position per day. Why do that ? So now if you are down $1000 on the day you go to your positions and you have to work out yourself how they arrived at the total. This is so basic why remove this number ? Makes no sense at all.

Ive used TDA for about 5 years, and the app used to be much more real-time and correct. This app is often behind on quotes, I have to restart it several times a day since thats the only way to ensure that all values are as timely as possible. In the past Ive told friends to switch to TDA because their technology was best--I cant say that anymore.

No way to find account through app, online log in is a hassle, asks me a security question every time. Waste of my time.
